Holocaust survivor/author visit

Just thought I'd let you know that we just had a wonderful author
visit!  Marion Blumenthal Lazan is the co-author of the book, "Four
Perfect Pebbles," (written with Lila Perl).  Marion was a Jewish
child in Europe during the Holocaust and spent a number of years in
various camps, including Bergen-Belsen (where Anne Frank died).  In
her book, she tells of these experiences.  Marion spoke to area fifth
graders this afternoon and received a standing ovation.  I understand
that the same thing happened at our middle school this morning.   If
you're looking for an outstanding speaker, you might want to consider
