Reading Counts goals and 2.0

We just started using Reading Counts with our 3rd and 4th grades this
spring and are pleased with what is happening.  However, we would like to
set individual goals next year and Scholastic has not been able to give us
much help as to how to go about doing that.  Do any of you set individual
goals and do you have a formula for doing so?  Apparently AR has a formula
to use in setting goals but we're not sure how to handle it with RC.
Also, does anyone have the updated RC? (Version 2.0)  We are running on 1.3
and wonder if we will have problems updating like we did last fall.
