Shockwave is a format not a content. It is a delivery method. They ought
to be made aware of it as they have deep pockets and would be a good legal
opponent of BESS. It is crazy to block formats. Though there is certainly
controversial material being delivered through their site not all of it is
controversial. This would be akin to banning radios because some music is
objectionable. I can't believe it will hold up.
