Cable in the Classroom & Copyright

Hi,
I have been copying Cable in the Classroom broadcasting for teacher use for
a couple of years now. I am having trouble coming up with a way to keep up
with the copyright dates.

They each have different periods of time: Fairuse, 1 year, 2 year, FREE.

Also, they rerun programs and change the copyright periods ex.: from fair
use to 1 year or from 1 year to FREE.

There does not appear to be a place to go and check current copyright
status on programs other than what's currently airing.

What do you do?
