Greetings:

I apologize for any duplicate posting, please forgive a
momentary lapse
of attention....

Is anyone out there using a scheduling package to schedule
rooms and AV equipment?

We are looking for a package that would allow us to
create **blocks of time**  (period 1 is 8:10 - 9:00;
Period 2 is 9:05 - 10:00 etc.) on the scheduling matrix that
correspond
to our daily schedule. We would like the ability to create
and schedule
any type of facility resource such as the LMC, meeting
rooms, AV equipment, gyms, etc., and to see the scheduled
resources on a daily/period matrix.

We have looked at several commercial packages, but we have
to specify a specific time range for each resource, much
like you do on a PIM (Palm) scheduler. This would take too
long scheduling many, many rooms and 25-30 pieces of
equipment daily.
(Yes, I know, I want the moon AND the stars... ;-)

The package would need to run on a LAN, either MAC or
WIN-NT,
and allow for up to 10 concurrent users.

If anyone is using a package they are happy with, please
send a response. I'll post a HIT if anyone wants one.

TIA!
