TECH: printing problem from Pagemaker 6.5

Ok guys -- I had this same problem last year and cannot remember what I did
to correct it.  Perhaps someone can help me:

We have an EPSON printer on our Ethernet network, used by several Macintosh
PowerPCs.  On one of those computers today, we found that we could print
from Simple Text and from Microsoft Works.

However, when we tried to print a two page document from Pagemaker 6.5 the
document SEEMED to spool to the printer, but disappeared into thin air.

Was it the Halloween moon?????     ;)

Seriously -- does anyone have any ideas?
