GEN MLIS student seeking info on "Concourse"

I am currently enrolled in the Masters of Library and
Information Science program at Trevecca Nazarene
University in Nashville, TN. In one of my classes I
have to do a report on an automation system called
"Concourse" which is a product of Book
Systems, Inc. Each person in class was assigned a
company and we will be reporting on and comparing
current available automation systems.

I have spoken with a company representative and have
received an information packet, but would also like to
have some personal feedback from people who are
actually using the system.

If "Concourse" is the automation system you are using
in your library, would you please send any comments.
Are you happy with this system? What do you especially
like about this system? What do you dislike? etc.

I would greatly appreciate any response.
