Hi to all my Netters, I know I'm kicking a dead horse by sending this out again but, this problem is really bothering me. I'm getting the darn run around from Dell. They say it is a Microsoft problem that my four or so computers don't shut down. Well, I bought $50,000.00 worth of computers for my media center and when I bought Dells I thought that their support was great. I really think that they should be able to fix this problem. Does anyone have a cure, the patch doesn't work, been there done that. TIA Michele C.
