TECH: Help uninstalling program?

Hopefully someone online today can help me with a  question from a friend...

She has a "cheap" program she wants to take off her computer.  We've tried to
find an "uninstall" in the program...there isn't one.  Then we tried to
uninstall through Contral Panel (Add/Delete), but it isn't listed.

She has Windows 95.  Any suggestions on how she can get rid of this program?
