GEN: LMS Competencies

Hi everyone! I am doing an independent study as part of my program at =
the School of Information Studies at Syracuse University. For this =
independent study, through research and surveys, I am preparing a list =
of the most important skills and knowledge that a new LMS needs to be =
successful. I would be very interested to hear what you think are the =
top 5 competencies (skills, knowledge, and/or attitudes) that a new LMS =
needs. Your input is greatly appreciated!

By the way, the ideas that I have gotten from this list-serve have made =
me a hero with the kids!
