DIGITAL CAMERA -- HELP HELP

Hello LMnetter's,

    I have a teacher who can not down load her pictures from the camera.
Someone told me that her pictures are too big. How can you reduce them?
Does anybody have any ideas? Does it make a difference if you have IMAC or
PC?
