HIT: Love and Sex

I posted a query last week regarding a collection of short stories
entitled Love and Sex: Ten stories of truth, and the value of having it
in the collection.  After much discussion with colleagues, I've decided
to keep the book.  As with any item we evaluate for purchase or
retention, we recognize that some materials are more/less appropriate
for certain segments of our clientele.  I'm a firm believer that
students will read what they are comfortable reading (maybe naive. . .
.)   The one story in question was just ONE story in question. . .
one-tenth of the book, and certainly not vital to any plot structure.
It is a collection of short stories, written by credible YA authors.  It
is not required reading. . . you know the drill.

So, there you have it . . .my rationale, my struggles. . .
