These are some of the many responses I got for printing an OPAC screen shot. Thanks to all who responded! Elisa Try downloading one of the free screen capture programs from internet (http://www.nonags.com/ is a good site to search and Screenprint or PrintKey work well). Another way is to hit the print screen button on your keyboard then open Word, or PowerPoint, and paste the screen into the program. I am not sure that you can save the picture separately as a picture this way, but you can certainly print it out. -- Larry Wieland Jeffcat Cataloging Supervisor if you're on a PC, hit hte PrintScreen button. that puts the current screen into the Windows Clipboard. then you can paste it into Word, PowerPoint. if you're on a Mac, i have no clue! Chuck Finnigan librarian~technology~planning time specialist We have the old Follet system (STILL!) and we just push shift/print screen (above my insert key on the keyboard). Hope it works for you. Kelly Sandy Vera Wilsie You can copy the active window by pressing alt-print screen. Then openyour wordprocessing program or Wordpad (not notepad) and paste (ctl-v)the image into the document. Then you can print it from there or insert it into a lesson. Of course this was the most obvious!!!!! I just checked our Follett OPAC to make sure. With Windows version, you click on File in upper left corner, then print (it prints whatever is on screen, i.e. list or individual book entry).
