Target: Library rules

Hi there,
I am a fairly new librarian and I am looking for a set of rules governing the
use of the library. For example, how many times students can come in throughout
the day and so forth. I have accelerated reader, classes all day, and an 
instructional
assistant. I would appreciate any help you could give me.
