We use F-Prot from Frisk Software
<http://www.frisk.is/f-prot/download/>.

The educational pricing is a very good value; at
$2/computer/year.  (Plus a 25$ discount, so long
as your setup isn't small enough to bring you under
the base price for 21 computers.)

(And they're still offering the DOS version free for
individual home use, too.  I've used it for years and
never had a problem.)
