You will make one first grade teacher very happy if you can help us out
with this title. We've already asked our school district media staff and
the children's librarian at our public library. We've seen the book but
can't remember the title. So here are your clues. It's an older
published book, perhaps from the 70's. The main character is a cowboy
and he is drawing. There is a menace to the town, perhaps a greasy slime
and it keeps erasing things in the book. The setting is the Old West.
Anyone have the answer? Please email me directly so I can ease
everyone's mind.

Thanks so much,
