Thank you: Teen Read Week

Thanks to all the suggestions I received.  What I decided on that was
easiest for me and flexible for the kids was to offer to the 6-8 grades an
opportunity to participate by either re-designing a book jacket of their
favorite fantasy/sc-fi book OR writting a review with a critique.  This
would allow them to have their name voted (work submitted to other students
anon.) on for favorite in either category by peers and win a tee-shirt
(thnks to Jane!).  Also, the Language Arts teacher will give extra credit
for those who participate....Thanks again.
