LM_NET: Library Media Networking
Its kind of like asking why were kids into R.L. Stine. They like spooky, scary
things. These books are sad, but at the same time they are hilarious. After
about four they do get extremely repetitive, but then you can move them on to
something better. I have read them with my own children, 5th and 2nd grade,
and we loved them. We even went to a Lemony Snickett appearance. Buy the
paperbacks as they come out if you don't want to spend too much money, but it
is worth it have a few. There are now 8 of them.
