I don't have them even though a few 5th and 6th grade students have =
suggested that I get them. I, too, feel the books are not of a literary =
quality appropriate for a school library - especially one like mine that =
has a very limited budget. The fiction/picture books I buy are ones that =
have received at least 2 positive reviews from Booklist, SLJ, Horn Book, =
Book Report, or some other recognized review source. I have never seen the =
Lemony Snicket books formally reviewed and, therefore, they would not be =
considered for inclusion based on my collection development rules. HTH
