ELEM: Book about a Scarecrow

Hello all,
I have a teacher looking for a book about a scarecrow.  Each part of the scarecrow 
is delivered to a house.  As each piec=
e arrives, the scarecrow is built.  She said it is written with a repetitive rhyme 
to it.  Any suggestion?
