Our area would like to implement a program where a teacher can become a
"Tech Mentor" to another teacher. I know there are some schools out there=

that have programs like this.  I did a search on the archives but only
found one posting which basically requested the same information.

If you have a program of "Tech Mentors" or "Tech Buddies" or any other in=

which one teacher agrees to help one or more teachers with technology
issues could you give me the basics of your program. We are especially
interested in how you provide additional training and support for these
mentors.

I will post a hit if I get some responses.
