book readers

One of the special ed teachers is interested in getting a Kurzel reader
(sp) or another product that is able to take books and read them for
students... I hope that makes sense :)

We would like to write a grant for one, the school doesn't have the funds
to buy one currently...

Does anyone use one of these readers in an elementary school and has
anyone written a grant for it?
