I had the NIMDA virus.
The only way is McAfee software.  Norton Anti-Virus does not pick it up or
fix it.

Get McAfee, and install it.  Also, download the recent virus info from the
site.

WARNING:  Do NOT delete the files.  They re-create themselves if you do.  I
did that, not knowing, and it made 50 or so copies of each one.
