TARGET: CD-ROM Yearbook Software

I am looking for a software program that will allow me to create a CD-ROM
yearbook for our 8th grade students.

Our former computer teacher used HTML to create the yearbook for the last 2
years.  But, if there is a program already in existence, it would help
tremendously.
