MID/SEC: Bluford Series/Townsend Press

Greetings all!
I recently received an ad for the Bluford series of novels published by
Townsend Press.  The price is very attractive, and the story lines seem
likewise attractive, especially for my reluctant readers.  But I can find
nothing about this publishing house, nor anything about the 2 writers -- at
least as connected with these books.  The writers are Anne Schraff and Paul
Langan.  Has anyone heard of this publisher, the writers (I can find things
about similarly named authors, but nothing that connects them with this
series), and/or the series?  The titles are Lost and Found, Someone to Love
Me, Until We Meet Again, A Matter of Trust, Secrets in the Shadows, The Gun,
and The Bully.
