LM_NET: Library Media Networking

Is anyone familiar with this website?  The address is
http://www.cyberlearning.org/.  They offer online computer courses, for a fee
of course.  I could use something like this if it's a good deal, but I don't
have enough time or money to waste any!  (Does anybody?)  Is there an on-line
equivalent of the Better Business Bureau I could check?
