Netters, Does anyone have any creative “reading incentive programs” or other strategies to encourage the reading of non-fiction at the middle and high school levels? I’m delaying the posting of a hit on a broader target I sent out until I get a couple more responses. Maybe you do something oriented towards biographies, magazine reading, or newspaper reading? What about targeting gifted students for extended readings in science or other areas of interest?
