Definitely two Alka Seltzer tablets...only a drop or two of each
color...do not stir at all until the end, right when you add the bleach
and Alka Seltzer.

Mine was hugely successful (I did it yesterday because we have assemblies
all day today).  It even reflected onto the ceiling, which many kids
thought was cool.

Don't expect it to be something extraordinary.  It's just a neat little
poem with some visual effects.  We can't compete with Bill Nye the Science
Guy.  My kids got a bigger laugh out of me reading the poem in my evil
voice than the brew itself!
