HELP! Moving in February/March

Does anyone remember seeing a message about retired librarians who would
volunteer to help a school library move to a new facility?  I assumed that
they would help organize and advise.  We are moving in February/March to a
new building nearby.  The students will do all of the lifting and carrying
but having another professional would help maintain my sanity and make the
whole procedure more efficient.  It's time to contact them and I just can't
find that e-mail. The dream has turned to a nightmare!
