I want to thank Barbara for sharing those resources with us. I didn't
find her post any more biased that the information that she posted about
the Olympics last Fall. On second thought she was very biased about the
great showing that the Aussie's made at the Olympics as well as the
superb way that they handled the games. Her national pride showed
through.

One of the things we need to do is to give our students the facts and
let them sort it out. An example might be the current congress on racism
being held in South Africa. You may feel as the US does that this
meeting is tainted by pro Palestinian resolutions. You may feel that we
were wrong to boycott them. However you have to present this information
to your students for their own evaluation.

Thanks again Barbara for sharing those resources that were certainly NOT
off topic to those of us who are asked for help in finding controversial
materials by our patrons.
