I am in need of some advice. Sometime early this week our school's Internet filter service was discontinued without any notification from the provider. We are a small school, running our technology on a shoestring (amazingly well), therefore the free filter Dotsafe provided was a blessing. Does anyone know of another good, free filter available out there? We are running our own proxy server and have a very competent (parent volunteer) tech support person who can set us up with just about anything. We have promised our parents that our Internet is filtered so we are basically shutdown here at the beginning of school with students waiting in line to complete some assignments that require Internet access. Bummer! Would love to hear from anyone with advice, ASAP. TIA, Jan Landes library media specialist Hinkletown Mennonite School 272 Wanner Rd.
