Hit: middle school study halls

To all the LM Netters that responded:
    Thank you so much for your help with my problem of teaching while having
study hall students. Although several of the suggestions will not work in my
situation, I have literally dozens of supportive responses to take to my
administrator. This is his first year as a principal, and so far has been
supportive. I guess I'm just grounded in the, "that's the way we've always
done it." I am truly inspired by all of the support and suggestions! The
front office better look out, I'm lining up my ducks and WILL improve the
school library as well as maintain my sanity thanks to all of you!
    Once again, thank you!
