TECH: Netscape 6.1 CD

In a message a few weeks ago, someone mentioned that the Netscape 6.1
installation CD was going to be included in a PC magazine. Which
magazine is it, and which month? Also, is the magazine one that can be
purchased at the newsstand, or is it only available to subscribers?
