Hi all, An AP American History teacher is looking for information on criteria for reparations for crimes such as the Holocaust, the Japanses internment camps, the Nanjing Massacre, etc. In addition to searching various forms of the phrase, I looked on Amnesty International, the UN and other human rights sites and can't seem to find any criteria or specific information. Any ideas?? TIA!
