Long Range Plan

Our JK-12 Independent School is starting a strategic plan and must
determine a projected budget ahead 3-5 years.  We must anticipate growth
needs such as space, staff, budget, technology, and collection
development, etc.  Looking at the big picture, can anyone give me
suggestions about where school libraries are going in the next 3-5
years? Is there anything on the horizon that is new or about to happen
that we should anticipate?   Does anyone know of any web sites that look
at long range plans for school libraries?
