book challenge

The book PINKERTON, BEHAVE has been challenged in my school district.  It
was on a district-mandated reading list and is going to be removed.  I'm not
sure what else will ensue from the challenge nor am I sure on what basis the
challenge was made since I don't seem to be able to locate a copy at the
minute.
If anyone knows of a similar challenge, please let me know.
