TARGET: Address for Avi

A teacher at my middle school would like to see about bringing Avi here for a
visit. Does anyone know how to contact him? We've checked his own website,
and there is no information about how to contact him. I've also checked the
LM_NET archives and haven't come up with anything either. I understand he
lives in Colorado, but don't have much else to go on.
Also, if anyone has had Avi visit their school, I'd love to hear how much it
cost, and how well he interacted with the students, etc.
