TECH: overheads

        Two new overhead projectors (still in the box) were just unearthed;
they've probably been around for a couple of years. The brand is Dukand,
model Sunburst. Although they are new I can't seem to get them to work. The
fan turns on, there is a bulb, but no light. I've put a new bulb in, but
that hasn't helped.
        Does anyone have some of these? Suggestions?
