Technology Leasing for School District

As we grapple with the problems of providing current technology and tech support, 
we are looking at other options.  Has anybody had experience with leasing 
computers?  Does it include tech support, software packages, peripherals such as 
digital cameras?  How does the cost compare when loss of staff time due to tech. 
problems figures in?  I would appreciate any help or comments.  Kathy Akey,
