NetSupport

Anyone using NetSupport as monitoring software for their computer labs?
I'm pretty frustrated with it.  When we try to connect to the computers in
the morning, more than half do not connect and the time it takes to connect
is pretty unacceptable.  Any suggestions or hints?  Floyd
