HIT: Support Renewal

Hi, Folks -

How is yearly support renewal handled for your circulation/cataloging
software?

Out of 28 responses, 11 indicated support renewal was paid at the
district level. Many of these schools appeared to be in larger systems
of 20 or more schools. Several indicated that funds were paid from
technology accounts.

Sixteen schools indicated that support was paid at the school level.
Some indicated additional funds were appropriated for this purpose.
Others indicated that book fair funds were used or that it was up to the
building principal to determine where funds came from.
