Hi-- When I was using CIRC/CAT, I could scan a student's barcode (or enter the number manually) and then print out the screen showing what the student currently had out. I used this for printing overdue notices for each fixed-schedule class that I had. It was a very efficient way to let kids know about overdues. Today, Spectrum's tech support told me that there was no way to do this on Spectrum 5, which was installed at my school in August. Is this true? Has anyone figured out a quick way around this problem? How do you handle your overdues? For the older kids, I ran a batch of ovedues every few weeks. This doesn't work for kids that I see weekly. TIA.
