Help/Target-Problem printing labels with Winnebago Spectrum

Dear LM Netters:  I am having a problem printing material barcode labels
using Winnebago / Spectrum.  It keeps cutting off part of my information. I
have added the school name and it prints some of labels fine but is so close
to the edge on others that it cuts the school name in half.  I have called
and they have suggested I adjust my settings for label size etc.  I have
tried but can't seem to get a fix that works.  If anyone has an idea, please
email me back at this hotmail address.  Thanks, so very much!  You all are
lifesavers!!
