TARGET: Tech. Winnebago Spectrum

Dear LM_NET Friends,
Our district recently converted to Winnebago Spectrum from Circ/Cat.  At the
present time, we are not backing up our files at our circ. desk computer
although the data is also on the file server, which is at another location.
Our tech. coordinator plans to have backups done on a weekly basis
automatically through the file server ; this is supposed to be accomplished
any day, thank goodness.  In the meantime, I would appreciate knowing how
those of you with this system do your backups & how frequently you back up?
I don't know whether to add a zip drive to  this system for extra security
and to be able to back up daily or just to leave it to the weekly back up
through the file server. I have been reluctant to import my Follett order
before backing up in case there is any problem with the import.
Those of you technology gifted folks out there with a suggestion for me,
please help! I will post a HIT if there is interest.
