TARGET:Elem book title

Hello,
One of my best volunteers asked if I knew a "chapter" book read to her by
her 4th grade teacher (about 1970).  It has the words "Treasure Island" in
the title.  At one point at least two kids get trapped in a cave when water
begins filling it.  Sketchy info I know, but I'm hoping you can help me out.
