Thanks all......

      I knew I could count on you!  For those interested, 7 Seas is phrase
that roots in in many ancient cultures referring to the waters of the Earth
co-joined with magical attraction of the number 7.  Phrase was  popularized
by Rudyard Kipling in 1896 in a novel of the same name.
The seven are considered to be:  "Arctic, the Antarctic, the North
and South Pacific, the North and the South Atlantic and the Indian Ocean.
But the term was never meant to be taken literally."

Found in World book 1999 and  an Internet site called Straight Dope @
