GEN:Problems with Follett Order

Hello from Whitehall,PA

        I was wondering if the problems I am experiencing with Follett this year
are an isolated incident or have become commonplace. They have made several
mistakes with my book order and I am having a terrible time getting books
that they shipped to another school by mistake in August, replacements for
damaged books, catalog records for orders that were received a month ago,
etc.
I am working with a supervisor for large orders at this point but he has
still not rectified my problems after working with him for weeks through
phone and e-mail.  I had been using Follett very successfully before this
time and love Titlewave  but am now nervous about placing another order with
them.  Is this an unusual situation or other librarians also having a
difficult time with them this fall?  Please reply to me with your
experiences and any suggestions for new vendors.
