OK, Friends ... I have reached my level of frustration in finding the solution to this one. This is no doubt a simple matter, but can someone put me out of my misery with the answer? Thanks much, Kathy R. When sending a photograph as an attachment, sometimes (ONLY sometimes), the photograph when opened by the recipient is oversized, and one can see only about 1/4 of the photo at a time on the screen. What makes this occur sometimes, but not always? How is it prevented? And what can the recipient do to convert it to a smaller size? Thanks again. Kathy J.
