meeting w/ principal

I have scheduled a meeting with the principal for tomorrow afternoon. My
reason for this meeting is to find out the principal's goals for the media
center, talk about my goals and vision for the LMC, and to find out what his
thoughts are on weeding since I have been doing this for the past few
months.

As many of you can tell from my posts the library has not been weeded as
needed and this is something that I have tackled. I have my reasons prepared
to explain the importance of weeding, examples of books that no longer
belong in the library or in any classroom due to damage and/or low/no
circulation. Is there anything else I should include for this meeting? I
thought about also making copies from: Evaluating and weeding collections in
small and medium-sized public libraries : the CREW method to pass on as a
last resort.

Any advice is appreciated.
