Problem with mail program

Dear wise ones,=20

I was away from my computer for a few days and when I returned I found this
problem.  Can anyone offer a suggestion?

I=B9m using an iMac connected to a cable modem and my e-mail program is
Entourage which is part of the Microsoft Office package for the Mac.  Here=B9=
s
the problem=8Blinks included in an e-mail message don=B9t work.  I get the
message that either memory is low or that Internet Explorer is not
installed.  Internet Explorer is installed.  I think I have enough memory
allocated to Entourage.

So, does anyone have any hints or suggestions?
